Creates company oriented guidelines around Salesforce best practices, supports design solutions that meets specific business needs, Out-of-the-box approaches, declarative automations, custom development and CI/CD;
Collaborates and provides technical guidance on Salesforce Clouds / Platform for product teams and squad teams;
Defines and document the technical guidelines and frameworks;
Directs early solution evaluation around solution design, security, and gaps/risks
Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent;
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
Critical analysis and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira tool and Confluence;
Advanced knowledge in Salesforce
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
