Energy Engineering Manager: This is where you come in.
We’re seeking an Energy Engineering Manager to lead and oversee all corporate energy engineering initiatives while ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards. Reporting to an Engineering Principal, this role includes managing and developing a team of energy engineers, fostering professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and annual development planning.
The Energy Engineering Manager will collaborate with their supervisor and fellow Engineering Principals to make strategic staffing and resource allocation decisions. They will also work closely with the Performance Contracting (PC) team, including PC Sales, Project Development (PD), and Project Management (PM), to ensure the Energy Engineering team delivers high-quality, compliance-driven analyses and reports that meet both private client and governmental standards.
Additionally, this role is responsible for keeping the team at the forefront of industry advancements, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain MMFS’s leadership in energy engineering.
