• Administration and monitoring of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) global infrastructure of SABIC. • Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM. • Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues. • Administer SCCM software delivery including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted and large-scale deployments. • Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, backups, restores, software delivery, client heath, reporting, boundaries and bandwidth settings. • Administer and support Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) environment, including approving, testing, and deploying updates via WSUS in SCCM and troubleshooting failed updates; maintenance windows and staggered updates deployments. • Create, manage and administer SCCM Operating System Deployment process including the driver library. WSUS for both desktop and servers • Manage and administer SCCM client health including the process of getting clients healthy. • Install and configure new SCCM servers when required. • Manage and troubleshoot issue of all MS patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basis. • Managing/maintaining SCCM/SQL Database. • Manage and administer SCCM desired state. • Perform general SCCM administration and troubleshooting. • Establish and maintain system configurations for the SCCM environment for clients. • Responsible for documenting technical requirements & functional use of enterprise business applications. • Perform client health check and fix the issues of clients like non-SCCM clients, obsolete SCCM client, not active SCCM clients, not approved SCCM, client with inventory problem client etc.
