End-User Support Specialist (m/f/d)

We are searching for a dynamic and proactive End-User Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in the Vienna office. In this role, you will collaborate with our Global IT teams, contributing to the upkeep and support of our organization's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing, maintaining, and supporting our Laptops, Desktops, Overall Network, Servers, and IT systems.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Being a Second Level of Support for our Global End User Support Team.
• Installation and maintenance of Hardware & Software
• Managing day-to-day IT operations by Responding promptly to IT support issues and requests 
• Full ownership of local IT Support
• Setting up accounts for new users  
• Keep technical documentation of specific Local IT processes 
• Maintenance of local IT asset inventory 
• Collaboration with our global IT teams

YOUR PROFILE:

Required:

• Work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role is desirable 
• Knowledge of Microsoft products such as MS Azure, Intune, Office 365, Jamf
• Understanding Windows OS /MacOS/ Linux client OS platforms  
• Comfortable working in and assisting others through company helpdesk software
• Customer service attitude
• Asset management tools
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Positive, team player with a can-do attitude

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.

Due to the top inner-city location, we are excellently connected to the public transport network and the cycle path network and are therefore very easy to reach.
