We are now looking for an experienced End User Support Engineer with strong technical skills and relevant working experience to work in new challenging projects.
Responsibilities
- Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
- Provides IT support for end user devices
- Configures, installs and maintains software systems
- Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manages projects successfully on time and within budget
- Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a support Engineer.
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, M365, EDR, SharePoint and Teams
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Client management skills
Nice to have:
- Cloud Provider Certifications
- Experience with Monitoring tools
