We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to elevate Omnisend's local and international presence. In this role, you'll shape how we are perceived by current and future talent, manage our presence in Lithuanian social media, and co-organize team events that foster a strong company culture. Your efforts will directly impact how Omnisend is seen as an employer of choice, driving our brand identity and employee value proposition to new heights.
What you’ll do at Omnisend:
- Build and manage Omnisend’s employer brand presence in Lithuanian social media, and external events
- Co-organize team activities and internal events that promote company culture
- Oversee and continuously improve employer branding strategies, working closely with other teams internally
- Maintain and update the career website, ensuring an attractive employee value proposition
- Collaborate with partners, media, and event organizers to enhance our brand visibility
- Support and cooperate with the HR team in promoting job postings and creating an appealing image for potential hires
- Manage internal communications and co-own the internal newsletter, aligning it with our social responsibility guidelines
We expect that you’ll bring:
- At least 4 years of experience in employer branding, PR, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or fast-growing company
- Strong understanding of content creation for brand promotion
- Experience organizing events and team activities that enhance company culture
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners (media, event organizers)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in managing internal communications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English and Lithuanian
