The Qualtrics People Brand Team is hiring an Employer Brand Program Manager to elevate our employer branding ops and supercharge our employee advocacy efforts. We are a 6 person team (including you!) led by the People Brand + Belonging Leader, who reports directly to the Chief People Officer. We are responsible for driving the global employer brand strategy that generates new talent leads and influences candidates to join Qualtrics. Our #1 focus is on creating brand-influenced candidates - those who engage with our content and channels and as a result have better hiring outcomes. Our strategy serves all our markets - AMR, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ - and leverages our channels and programs; social media, employer brand look feel, and messaging, paid media, hiring personas, reputation management, careers site, email marketing, employee advocacy programs (hey, that’s you!), partner content, and employee swag. No matter the content, channel, or program, we’re focused on telling authentic and real human stories from inside Qualtrics.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
