About the job

As part of the growth of its communications department, Scaleway is looking for additional talent to orchestrate its entire internal communications and employer branding strategy. This Employer Brand Lead will be answering to our Head of Content & Sustainability Communications.

As Communications manager and Employer Brand Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture, enhancing employee engagement, and strengthening our employer brand. Reporting directly to the Head of Content & Sustainability Communications, you will manage both internal communications, and employer branding initiatives through employee advocacy

Minimum qualifications

  • Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or related roles in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with collaborative tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for internal communications and employer branding aligned with company objectives and culture.
  • Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, enhance our reputation as an employer of choice on platforms such as Glassdoor, and support HR to foster a positive employee experience.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including posts, videos, newsletters, and digital content, to showcase our company culture, highlight employee stories, and promote employer brand initiatives.
  • Internal Communications: Lead the development and execution of internal communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all channels, including Slack channels, and internal events.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with HR and other departments to align internal communications and employer branding initiatives with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of internal communications and employer branding efforts, and regularly analyze data to inform future strategies.
