About The Role
The Employee Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of building talent density and organizational success. This role involves various functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, general administration, and compliance with all relevant local employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and autonomously.
In This Role, You Will:
Onboarding New Employees -10%
- Serve as the Employee Success Onboarding Facilitator for all new hires within the US region. This includes completing and verifying the I-9 verification steps as outlined by the federal government.
Conduct Onboarding Orientation sessions in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience
- Host US benefit enrollment sessions for new hires and resolve or elevate benefits related tickets with our broker or systems team
Employee Service Center Coverage-30%
- Maintain employee files for employees and their documents
- Respond to employee questions and inquiries related to leaves of absence, benefits, compensation and policy including inquiries through the ES ticketing platform and in person
- Regularly review, updated, and edit Employee Success Wiki both proactively and with time-sensitive information from cross-functional ES teams
Benefits and Leave Management-15%
- Coordinate leaves of absence and its communications and pay with employee, manager, payroll and People Analytics, Systems, & Talent Acquisition (PASTA)
- Manage the 401(k) audit in partnership with G2’s Payroll team and our auditors
- Plan and facilitate the US Annual Benefits enrollment in partnership with our benefit broker and Employee Success stakeholders
- Interface with our benefits broker and providers to manage enrollments and employee-specific situations
Manage and update G2 and employee information and records-10%
- Partner with PASTA when organizational or employee changes occur, including documentation, process compensation changes, employee communication, and communication to managers
- Complete offboarding processes for terminations, including drafting separation agreements or any other necessary documentation as needed
- Assist PASTA with data audits and resolutions
Support Employee Success globally and ensure compliance with local/country guidelines-10%
- Ensure compliance for all workforce requirements
- Complete federal and state compliance reporting requirements in partnership with PASTA
- Create communications (including wiki pages) for process and policy changes
- Serve as a participant and collaborator with projects, initiatives and programs with the Global Employee Success Team including but not limited to annual handbook review, salary review/analysis, performance reviews, QERs (quarterly employee reviews), policies etc.
Culture and Community-25%
- Manage external partners including relationship management and administrative support
- G2 Gives budget management, including but not limited to documentation for donation matching
- Lead and deliver global holistic gifting process including external partnership, communication, and timely delivery
- Support Culture & Community Lead with ERGs, help coordinate events, meetings, budgets and communications
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR experience in the areas of employee service delivery, administration, benefits, and leave management required
- Ability to interface at all levels of the organization and build collaborative relationships across the Employee Success and cross-functional teams
- Naturally curious and data-driven problem solver, well-organized, and a strong communicator
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion to question status quo and drive continuous improvement and create effective solutions
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- Working knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment (involving diverse cultures and different geographies) with high volume workload and strong deliverables
What Can Help Your Application Stand Out:
- Prior experience in a startup or high growth company.
- Proficient with G Suite and Google platform (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slides), Jira and HRIS systems (UKG, ChartHop, Keka -for APAC only)
- Prior experience managing and/or supporting benefit questions/enrollments
