Employee Services Coordinator

Under the indirect supervision of the Mexicali Purchasing Manager, coordinates and administers the employee services programs offered by Intuitive, ensuring a pleasant, efficient, and agile experience for users. These employee services programs may include benefits, perks, events, and other support programs. The coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining programs such as: transportation, food services, wellness programs, locker assignments (when applicable), work uniform assignments, etc.

The coordinator has a team of specialists on shifts and in plants who ensure that the strategies and activities necessary to meet the objectives and goals of the employee services area are executed. The coordinator maintains a close relationship with the management staff and the operational areas of the organization to define specific objectives for the services provided. The coordinator is also responsible for seeking continuous improvement as a strategy to reduce costs and improve the quality of services.

The coordinator works closely with other departments in the company, such as Human Resources, Finance, IT, and suppliers, to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Directly manages employee services programs, including but not limited to food service, wellness programs, transportation, and amenities.
  • Manages work uniform distribution programs and locker assignments for all employees.
  • Maintains contact with service providers and ensures the quality of the products they provide according to requirements.
  • Reports on the progress of programs on a regular basis, as well as efficiency, quality, and participation metrics.
  • Promotes use of technology to streamline processes.
  • Supports the company's sustainability programs.
  • Manages the employee experience committee formed by volunteers and specialists.
  • Builds and maintains close relationships between management staff and service users, creating alignment in service expectations.
  • Tracks employee satisfaction with services.
  • Creates and manages budgets for employee services.
  • Drives our culture strategy by promoting our mission, founding principles, individual and leadership expectations

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in administrative areas
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic and operational aspects related to employee programs and services in companies or institutions with rapid growth.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English)
