Salla is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building the employee experience journey and foster a positive and engaging work environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the employee touch points within Salla reporting to the Employee experience Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an innovative employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate seamless integration
- Create and execute employee touchpoint surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Organize and coordinate company-wide events and activities to foster a sense of community and teamwork
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment of employee experience efforts with company goals and values
- Recommend policy adjustments to reflect on the company cultures and values.
- Provide support and resources to employees to promote well-being and work-life balance
- Implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge employee achievements and contributions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee experience and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in employee experience, employee engagement, employee relations, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of employee experience principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
