Employee Experience INTERN (HR)

Full-Time

We’re looking for young and energetic person to join our Employee Experience team as an Intern:

In this role the selected person will:

  • Supports local business as usual (BAU), HR operations and administration
  • Answers employee queries, maintaining accurate employee data and connecting associates with the right tools
  • Updates internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gathers payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
  • Supports local Market HR Partners when it comes to HR administrative processes
  • Executes administrative work pertaining to standard letters, documents, and agreements

Requirements:

  • Experience with MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Basic Knowledge of core HR processes & procedures will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience on a similar intern HR role is a plus
