Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze emerging foreign exchange markets to inform trading strategies.
- Execute and manage FX trades in accordance with company policies and risk management guidelines.
- Collaborate with the product team to design FX products that align with market needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with liquidity providers and banking partners.
- Provide insights and forecasts on currency movements to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and optimize trading algorithms to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain accurate trading records and prepare regular reports on trading performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an FX Trader, with a minimum of 3 years in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, market trends, and economic factors affecting currency movements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and risk management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
