As an Embedded Security Engineer at NGRAVE, you will work at the heart of our product offerings, playing a key role in ensuring the security and robustness of our hardware wallet. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software developers to deliver a highly secure and reliable product that protects the assets of our customers. In this role, you will ensure the secure implementation of features, validate the work of other developers, and contribute to the definition of our security architecture and threat models.
Additionally, you will help drive the implementation of new features and security measures, in alignment with our ambitious roadmap, which leads the way in security innovation for the crypto space. Your expertise will be crucial in testing and validating the product through secure test plans with penetration testing.
As an ideal candidate, you have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure embedded systems. You are skilled in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code and have a deep understanding of the challenges associated with hardware security.
You responsibilities are wide and cover the following domains
Perform detailed threat modeling and security assessments for the hardware wallet and critical components.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to implement security standards and best practices.
Design and deploy technical solutions to mitigate identified security risks.
Create and maintain documentation for secure development processes.
Review and validate code to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
Monitor and respond to security incidents.
Conduct penetration testing and simulate attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities.
Stay informed on emerging security trends to enhance product security.
