What you will do:
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will design and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, automate workflows, and manage customer journeys. You will collaborate with international teams to localize content, implement translation tools, and provide training on HubSpot best practices. Your role will also involve analyzing email campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
How you will grab our attention:
HubSpot Expertise: Deep understanding of how to design, build, and manage campaigns in HubSpot, including drip campaigns and workflow optimization.
Localization Skills: Ability to adapt campaigns for various countries, ensuring appropriate translation and cultural fit.
Technical Integration: Proficiency in integrating tools like DeepL for translation into HubSpot across different business units.
Training Capability: Experience in creating educational resources (e.g., video guides) and training team members on HubSpot usage and campaign management.
Data-Driven Insights: Ability to analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase engagement.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
