About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will play a key role in executing targeted email marketing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Sales Team. Reporting directly to (CEO), you’ll be responsible for driving our email marketing efforts with a focus on reaching B2B clients, from startups to enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement a quarterly email marketing plan, ensuring consistent execution of daily cold campaigns and special occasion-based campaigns (New Year, Black Friday, events, etc.).
  • Content Creation:
    Craft personalized, engaging email copy tailored to different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) that avoid spam triggers. 
  • Campaign Optimization:
    Utilize tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, and SendGrid (or similar mass email tools) to run A/B testing, determine the best times for sending emails, and optimize subject lines, calls to action, and overall design to improve deliverability and performance.
  • Lead Management:
    Generate and pass warm and hot leads to the Sales Team, continuously analyzing and adjusting campaigns to maximize MQLs.
  • Client Outreach:
    Periodically outreach to existing clients with special offers and promotions, ensuring customer retention.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
