We’re looking for a talented Email Marketing Automation Strategist with a keen focus on building evergreen email flows to enhance our customer experience and drive sales. In this role, you'll be the architect of automated email journeys that convert - from abandon cart to lead nurtures - your goal will be to drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Flow Creation & Management: Build and optimize automated email flows across various stages of the customer journey. This includes: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart Recovery, Post-Purchase upsells, & more.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage customer data to create dynamic segments and deliver highly targeted, personalized email experiences, to increase CR and LTV.
  • Trigger-Based Campaigns: Design and implement complex trigger-based emails based on specific customer actions (e.g., product views, purchases, anniversaries).
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test and refine email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs, etc.) to maximize performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (email revenue share, open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and generate actionable insights to inform future strategies.
