Summary/Overview:

KBRA Holdings, LLC is seeking a Coordinator to join our growing Electronic Publishing (EP) department within the Desktop Publishing team based out of our New York office. The department’s goal is to efficiently and accurately publish all research, rating reports, press releases, and other relevant materials to the company website. The Coordinator will work closely with a seven-person team with the goal to publish content to the website while enforcing high standards of brand consistency and integrity. The EP team thrives on maintaining KBRA’s timely, transparent, and accurate mission when publishing companywide materials. Every team member plays an integral role in the overall success of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

The role will include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment through all phases of publishing
  • Format rating and research reports, charts and figures, press releases, and spreadsheets to adhere to company branding specifications primarily using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Communicate timelines, status of publishing and department processes to analytical teams
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of publishing materials through appropriate planning, communication, and follow up
  • Create, test, schedule, and send timely email campaigns for published documents and weekly surveillance recaps
  • Assist with maintenance of KBRA website by posting featured content
    • Proofread for obvious structural, grammatical, or stylistic errors
    • Troubleshoot and problem-solve document or file issues

Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of relevant experience working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Required proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in creating Word templates and using/creating styles
  • Experience working in email marketing software and project management software
  • Self-motivated, possess sound planning and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate competing work demands and maintain composure under pressure
  • Team player but also able to proactively act on own initiative
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are essential.
  • Background knowledge of credit ratings, bond markets, and/or debt securitization a plus

Salary Range:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $70,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
