- Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of the electrical project, from design through to commissioning.
- Develop detailed project plans, including setting objectives, defining deliverables, task allocation, and establishing timelines.
- Supervise and manage human, financial, and material resources of the project to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and technical specifications throughout the project.
- Regularly communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project progress updates, resolve issues, and address concerns.
- Proactively manage project risks and potential changes, identifying solutions and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and performance to ensure project delivery within planned financial limits.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
- Significant experience (7 years) in managing engineering projects, preferably in the electrical field, with a strong focus on achieving project objectives.
- Strong skills in time management, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team towards project goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
