The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join Public Group. The role involves overseeing the maintenance of our technical infrastructure and supporting the design, costing, and supervision of electromechanical projects for new and renovated stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the network's electromechanical systems and technical infrastructure.
  • Assist in the design, studies, cost estimation, and supervision of electromechanical projects.
  • Manage external contractors and teams to ensure quality and budget compliance.
  • Cooperate with relevant Authorities and other departments for the provision of required documents, drawings, certificates
  • Monitor and manage the department’s budget effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance and address issues.

Required Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a university in a relevant field (Polytechnic School or National Technical University)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in construction or building projects, focusing on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in a retail network or as part of a technical office will be considered as a plus.
  • Proficiency in project studies and supervision; AutoCAD skills are required.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to take initiative & ownership
  • Team spirit & good communication skills
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Ability to travel to project sites is needed.
