The Role

Our philosophy on learning and training is that it should be engaging and interactive, therefore this role will be expected to think creatively, and learn about and leverage new technologies to deliver efficient, effective, and engaging training. eLearning Developer will work directly with the SMEs to develop highly engaging and effective technical/functional courses. Develop instructional materials, including eLearning modules, interactive simulations, videos, assessments, and other multimedia elements, based on sound instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning objectives and content requirements; then design and develop engaging and interactive eLearning content that aligns with identified goals and learner needs. Utilize multimedia authoring tools, graphic design software, and video editing platforms to create visually appealing and interactive learning experiences, incorporating animations, graphics, audio, and video elements as needed. 

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of training materials
• Make use of new eLearning technologies and methodologies
• Organize, plan, and execute self-paced course creation and update processes
• Assist in developing instructional design of courses
• Use and further develop visual design skills to produce engaging and clear training
• Use and further develop course authoring tools and learning management systems
• Convey concepts clearly using excellent visual and writing skills
• Maintain working knowledge of the BeyondTrust software product lines
