Position: EHS Design & Launch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to Join our team as an EHS Design and Launch Manager. In this you will lead the development and execution of EHS design strategies specifically focusing on integrating robust risk-based approaches into projects from conception to launch.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure adherence to machine safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety measures in alignment with industry best practices.
• Oversee design aspects of warehouse operations, including material handling, storage, and logistics, to create a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate safety protocols into robotic systems, addressing potential hazards and ensuring safe human-robot interactions.
• Stay abreast of relevant regulations governing machine safety, warehouse operations, and robotics, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement a continuous improvement framework, regularly assessing and enhancing safety measures based on evolving technologies and industry advancements.
• Develop and test emergency response plans specific to machine-related incidents, warehouse emergencies, and robotic malfunctions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to uphold safety standards and foster a culture of safety excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Engineering.
• Experience in EHS management, with a focus on machine safety, warehouse operations, and robotics will be an added advantage
• In-depth knowledge of relevant safety standards and local regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
