As a Partnerships Manager you’ll:
- Identify and qualify opportunities by building relationships with key partners in the healthcare and childcare sectors.
- Recruit and grow new industry partners, developing strategies to place students in work placements, internships, or roles as fresh graduates.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure students are matched with the right opportunities.
- Develop structured account plans, outlining key activities, milestones, and objectives for successful partner engagement.
- Collaborate with our Student Placement and Support team to design tailored solutions for partners, ensuring the best fit for student placements or internships.
- Generate three times the number of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach such as calls, emails, meetings, marketing campaigns, and events.
- Utilise CRM tools like Salesforce to track and manage opportunities efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Partner Management.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in a high-growth environment, ideally within the education or recruitment sector.
- Proven relationship-building experience in a consultative sales environment.
- Extensive knowledge and contacts within the healthcare or childcare industries.
- Ability to create strong rapport with strategic partners and stakeholders.
- Strong business development and account management experience.
- Enthusiasm for building opportunities within the education and work placement sectors.
- A natural tendency to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Results-driven, with strong initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to decision-makers.
