- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of seminars, webinars, and other training events. This includes managing logistics, venue arrangements, and necessary materials to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Administrative Support: Manage office operations, oversee supplies, and ensure availability of essential amenities through timely procurement. Attend to walk-in clients and prospects by providing information on training services, maintain training center records and databases, and process payments to vendors.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on promotional activities such as radio advertisements and the development of marketing materials for our training events.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit detailed reports on event outcomes, attendance, and feedback while analyzing data to drive improvements.
- Client Support: Deliver excellent customer service, respond to client inquiries, and provide assistance where needed.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks assigned and work collaboratively with internal teams to meet company goals.
Requirements:
- B.sc or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 2 years of experience in event coordination, administration, or education
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
