To guide students towards the right career paths or the diploma/degree they should pursue.
To sell the right educational prospects to potential students.
To streamline the experience for students applying to higher institutions.
Be able to quickly conduct research or adapt quickly to different situations (For example, the student wants to apply to a course being conducted in Europe and you must find out what requirements they need to apply for a student ViSA)
To continuously learn on the job and to guide others when needed or be a team player
To get colleges to sign up and join the SEEKA platform
Good communication skills with both students and parents, locally and internationally.
Willing to take on a challenge when dealing with different sets of College or University requirements as you help students apply.
Coordinating with the sales team and management.
Willing to take on more work or work at different times depending on the user and their circumstance (ex. their location and time difference)
Sales or a call centre experience
Ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets
Have strong written & verbal communication skills
Time management and negotiation skills
Able to emphasis on teamwork and collaboration
Be able to effectively communicate in a consultative manner
Can be done remotely or in a hybrid work arrangement (Workplace would be in Mont Kiara)
There are bonuses based on performance that is beyond expected
