This includes production problem resolution and transaction testing for network or ID changes. This includes internal unit amp; system testing for new documents and versions as well as active participation with the team in developing rollout and testing strategies. /span/lili style="font-family: 'times new roman' , times;font-size: 12.0pt;"span style="font-family: 'times new roman' , times;font-size: 12.0pt;"Serving as an escalation point for resolution of the Functional Acknowledgment (997) Reconciliation process. Notifying internal customers of any relevant issues. Analyzing and resolving any technical issues concerning the 997 process. Resending data as necessary based on judgment and risk assessment. /span/lili style="font-family: 'times new roman' , times;font-size: 12.0pt;"span style="font-family: 'times new roman' , times;font-size: 12.0pt;"Conducting research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts. /span/lili style="font-family: 'times new roman' , times;font-size: 12.0pt;"span style="font-family: 'times new roman' , times;font-size: 12.0pt;"Serving as the escalation person for the daily audit of B2B processes.
