Ecommerce Visual Merchandising Assistant 3 Month FTC

As a Ecommerce Visual Merchandising Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the ecommerce department at boohoo to ensure we achieve our sales plan through the management of product placement on our websites. Alongside this you will perform daily analysis across all categories and ensure we are showcasing our products in the right place and at the right time. Working at speed and with attention to detail is a must-have within this role- the digital world never stops.

This role is a full time position on a 3 month contract.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the merchandising of onsite categories ensuring that the first pages align with our VM strategy across all digital platforms (website, mobile, and apps).
  • Maintain the Boohoo taxonomy to ensure all items are correctly allocated to categories, facilitating easy product discovery on the website.
  • Analyse products in allocated categories daily, capturing key metrics and personalised behavioural data. Enhance the shopping experience through creative, analytical and AI-driven approaches to boost traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Oversee all exclusive website and app offers by optimizing and organizing categories to highlight the most valuable deals for shoppers.
  • Use analytics and dashboards to monitor and improve site search and taxonomy, creating weekly reports on performance.
  • Work closely with the Trade, CRM, and Social teams to align visual merchandising and product placement with external marketing activations.
  • Utilise product display tools and e-commerce platforms to enhance and manage online product presentations.

MORE ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a similar ecommerce or retail role preferred.
  • Experience using analytical tools, desired but not essential.
  • Basic understanding of excel and has the ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Passionate about data and analytics
  • Highly organised individual, who is passionate about the attention to detail.
  • You’re a relationship builder and find communication across various level of seniority easy to adapt.
