If so, we're looking for an Ecommerce Product Owner to join our team on the journey to success.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and communicate the e-commerce product vision, aligning with business goals and strategy

  • Gain insights into consumer and merchant needs through research and engagement

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and technologies to refine product strategy

  • Align e-commerce processes across systems and regions, ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Act as the e-commerce and checkout expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance

  • Create reporting frameworks, segment users, and design targeted lifecycle management (CLM) strategies

  • Improve integration technologies and optimize customer journeys to boost adoption and conversion rates

  • Build and prioritize the product backlog based on feedback, research, and business needs

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap through transparent prioritization sessions

  • Guide development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and resolving functionality-related questions

  • Define success metrics, set up reporting, and analyze data to improve performance and user experience

  • Drive enhancements to checkout processes through data-driven insights and user feedback
