We are looking for an eCommerce Operations Specialist who will be committed to driving net sales and optimizing operations through detailed sales and customer behavior analysis. With experience in eCommerce and expertise in web analysis tools like Google Analytics, this individual will identify key opportunities and set priorities to enhance customer impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and know sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis and follow up
  • Identify opportunities, threats and set priorities based on biggest customer impact
  • Responsible for daily optimization and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components and customer relevance
  • Align sales goals and execution strategy towards customer base growth
  • Responsible for performance and follow up customer segments, identify potentials in customer base segments to drive maximum customer impact
  • Evaluate what assortment is relevant to whom based on data & insights
  • Track and follow up experience KPIs on site and in owned channels
  • Execute and optimize local SEO potentials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or NTUA
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task to clear timelines
  • Proven eCommerce knowledge
  • Sales and web analysis experience including Google Analytics
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Eager to learn, and have a passion for digital marketing and ecommerce
  • Self-motivated, passionate & detail-oriented professional who excels working within a team and embraces cross-department collaboration
  • Creative, flexible, and open-minded personality, easily to adapt to changes
  • Experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
