We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to assist in executing sales, managing inventory and merchandising strategies to drive the DTC business. You will work with the Senior Manager, DTC and support promotional planning and execution, website experience and functionality, and general site maintenance projects.

On a day to day basis, the Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing DTC inventory, managing our Shopify product catalog, and executing operational tasks that drive brand retention. A collaborative team player, this role will work cross functionally with our Tech, Operations, Customer Experience, and CRM teams to ensure that we’re delivering a best in class consumer experience to our most loyal customers.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Inventory Management- 33%

  • Manage communication between warehouse, inventory, forecasting and purchasing departments to continually improve in-stock rate, reduce operations costs, and find efficiencies, 
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, provide upcoming out of stocks alerts and mitigate by problem-solving 
  • Manage communication and changes on all branding and reformulation changes

Customer Service & Administrative Support- 33%

  • DTC Budget support - track and submit expenses, help review vendor invoices and review monthly totals vs planned budget 
  • Work with CX to review feedback and CSAT scores to implement solutions to continually improve consumer experience and reduce consumer issues

Ecommerce Operations & Order Management- 33%

  • Oversee and resolve emergent Recharge subscriber issues
  • Provide technical support to our Customer Experience team and become an internal resource for ongoing site issues
  • Own Churnbuster, Privacy Policy, and CCPA maintenance activities
  • Create and own updates for the onsite landing pages, working closely with Creative team to receive assets
  • Responsible for the creation of promo codes and promo updates on site

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Shopify experience
  • Experience with Shopify apps and vendors preferred
  • Experience with Subscription Management Tool preferred
  • Experience managing inventory and planning
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and project management tools (Wrike and Asana)
  • Ecommerce landscape knowledge and experience
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business preferred
  • Experience working in consumer packaged goods or fast-moving consumer goods
