Ecomm Growth and Development

  • Work closely with the Digital Merchandiser and Sr Ecom Specialist to leverage e-commerce principles, analytics, and general business expertise to identify opportunities to improve conversion, product page views, cross-sell, up-sell, and add to cart rates, driving incremental engagement, sales, productivity, and profitability
  • Staying current on emerging eCommerce technologies with the goal of applying these technologies to current and future projects

Experience we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years experience managing an eCommerce catalog and website

    • UX/UI Design

What you bring to the table:

  • You are excited about digital design and user experience and want to stay on the cutting edge of emerging technologies.
  • You are a team player. You are open to new ideas, new processes and different perspectives. You care about driving toward the team’s goal over doing it your way.
  • Data driven insights are exciting to you and you want to learn about all the factors that go into running a DTC business.
