About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Sourcer Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn the art and science of sourcing talent, from researching and identifying candidates to supporting hiring strategies. You’ll work alongside experienced Talent Sourcers and Recruiters, gain exposure to real-world hiring practices, and help build strong candidate pipelines for priority roles. If you are interested in a career in recruiting, HR, or people operations and want to build foundational sourcing skills, this is the internship for you.

What You’ll Learn & Contribute To

• Support the sourcing process by identifying potential candidates through tools like LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and online communities

• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and target profiles for various positions

• Assist in building and maintaining pipelines of diverse, qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

• Learn how to craft outreach messages to engage passive talent and promote the employer brand

• Participate in intake meetings, sourcing strategy discussions, and debriefs to understand the full recruitment lifecycle

• Help maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools

• Research talent market trends, industry news, and competitor hiring insights to support sourcing strategies

• Engage in projects related to diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB) in talent acquisition

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field graduating December 2026 to Summer 2028.

• Curious about recruiting, talent acquisition, or people strategy

• Strong communication skills — written and verbal

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Comfortable with online research and exploring new tools

• Passionate about building inclusive teams and supporting diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) initiatives

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience using LinkedIn or other professional networking tools

• Familiarity with ATS or CRM platforms

• Prior internship or project experience related to HR, recruiting, or administrative work

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California is expected in the range below:


$2,480 - $2,960 Bi-weekly (Every two weeks).

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
