OMNI is seeking an experienced Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to support the United States Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) programs. This role requires applying EVM industry standards and best practices to perform compliance analysis, performance tracking, predictability assessments, and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR). The EVM Analyst will work closely with Government and contractor personnel, providing data-driven insights and advising senior leadership on program performance, forecasting, and acquisition strategies for military communications, navigation, and intelligence satellite and ground systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct compliance, performance, and predictability analyses to assess program health and ensure adherence to EVM standards.
Lead and support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) to validate program cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Provide EVM-specific training to government and contractor personnel to ensure proper implementation and reporting.
Serve as a liaison between SE&I, SETA Integrators, government program leads, and other functional teams.
Gather, analyze, and present EVM data to inform decision-making at the executive management level.
Utilize cost models and estimation tools to evaluate program performance and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policies and contribute to space acquisition program success.
