We are looking to hire high-energy, entrepreneurial and value-adding talent to join Blenheim Chalcot, a world leading venture builder. The Junior Talent Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ventures by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding high-potential candidates onto the BC Graduate Programme.

We provide a range of services to help new business get off the ground, including technology, growth (marketing and sales), talent, HR, finance, legal and tax.

THE ROLE
The BC Graduate Programme is growing and as a result, we are looking for a Junior Talent Executive to join our team and focus on driving early-careers recruitment. Reporting into the Early Careers Manager, the role will be instrumental in helping run the attraction, selection, and onboarding process of high-potential early careers talent onto the BC Graduate Programme.
The role is designed to be an integral part of Blenheim Chalcot’s central function with progression opportunities within the team and/or our portfolio companies.
