About the Role:

Netskope is looking for an E-learning Specialist who is highly organized and can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The E-learning Specialist will oversee and participate in the design, build, and maintenance of engaging e-learning courseware for technical audiences. The E-learning Developer will establish positive relationships with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure learning experiences are designed to improve learner outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of e-learning products (modules, videos, micro-lessons) for a highly technical audience of Netskope customers, partners, and employees
• Use various authoring tools to create e-learning courses that are interactive and conform to instructional design principles
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts to define and implement training plans
• Develop and manage project plans for e-learning creation.
• Manage multiple training development projects simultaneously while meeting project milestones and delivery schedules
• Create training solutions that address specific learning objectives
• Collaborate with SMEs to source and validate content
• Solicit and incorporate feedback from SMEs and content development team to improve courseware and meet learning objectives 
• Adhere to e-learning development design principles and best practices
• Write, edit, and manage learning content, enforcing quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years recent experience in academic environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Proactive mindset and high organizational and productivity skills.
• Understanding of adult learning and user experience design principles
• Experience with multimedia software (Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, text-to-speech tools)
• Knowledge of SaaS and network security technology desired
