What’s the opportunity?

We’re seeking a talented and organised E-Learning Content Developer to join our dynamic Prague-based team. As a key player in our content development process, you’ll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other teams to create high-quality, interactive learning materials. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about developing engaging digital learning experiences, especially in the Higher Education sector.

You’ll be involved in every stage of the content creation process—ensuring quality, creativity, and an exceptional student experience. This role also includes project management and content administration tasks, so organisational skills and attention to detail are key!

What does success look like?

• Collaborate with SMEs to define course objectives and instructional strategies.
• Review and follow up with content creators to resolve any inconsistencies.
• Apply proven instructional design theories to develop engaging learning activities and multimedia course content.
• Visualise and coordinate the creation of video content and instructional graphics.
• Manage the administration of learning materials, from draft to final versions, in our central system.
• Design and build courses using tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Create simple visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.

What you bring to the table:

• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or content development, ideally within Higher Education.
• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), especially Canvas.
• Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
