Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed turnaround plans for electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution of E/I maintenance and upgrades.
  • Work with teams to allocate resources, labour, and materials efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical/instrumentation codes.
  • Monitor turnaround progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Provide updates on project performance to key stakeholders.

This role will be on a mine site on an 8 on 6 off rotation, drivable only.

Requirements

  • Red Seal Electrician or Instrumentation Technician; equivalent qualifications such as a Technical Diploma, University Degree, or comparable education will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Planning certification or leadership experience is an asset.
  • Experience with CMMS and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Proven expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation Planning in industrial environments, budgeting, and estimation.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
