E-commerce marketplace manager

We Are Eves seeks an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager with a proven track record in scaling web shops and marketplaces. You will manage the e-commerce platform, drive growth, and enhance customer experience. We are seeking someone who takes full ownership of scaling the platform, with a focus on traffic growth, conversion rate optimization, and maximizing average order value. It is vital to always remain at the forefront of the beauty industry with our platform.

We are targeting yearly double-digit growth. We have strong partnerships with leading brands like L’Oreal, Max Factor, and Gucci.


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the We Are Eves Platform, from product listing to checkout.
• Build and manage a cross-functional team (Content/Performance marketing/mailing/Data etc.).
• Develop and execute creative strategies to elevate the platform and push revenue growth, using data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to steer the business effectively.
• Decide with marketing team on targeted campaigns across email, SEO, and social media to drive traffic.
• Execute campaigns and promo events, constantly testing and refining strategies for maximum impact.
• Liaise with the technical teams to ensure the platform infrastructure is scalable, secure, and up to date.
• Optimize the customer journey, understanding the beauty market for females and their shopping behaviors.
• Manage and optimize the e-commerce budget to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, performance marketing tools, and technologies.

• Select the right products from a product catalog and implement strategies to drive conversions and increase sales.
• Developing and executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy
