Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the We Are Eves Platform, from product listing to checkout.
• Build and manage a cross-functional team (Content/Performance marketing/mailing/Data etc.).
• Develop and execute creative strategies to elevate the platform and push revenue growth, using data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to steer the business effectively.
• Decide with marketing team on targeted campaigns across email, SEO, and social media to drive traffic.
• Execute campaigns and promo events, constantly testing and refining strategies for maximum impact.
• Liaise with the technical teams to ensure the platform infrastructure is scalable, secure, and up to date.
• Optimize the customer journey, understanding the beauty market for females and their shopping behaviors.
• Manage and optimize the e-commerce budget to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, performance marketing tools, and technologies.
• Select the right products from a product catalog and implement strategies to drive conversions and increase sales.
• Developing and executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy
