Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our company goals and culture.
Talent Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier candidates from both passive and active job markets.
Candidate Experience: Create a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
