As an E-commerce lead recruiter, you'll drive our talent acquisition, bringing fresh ideas to the table and constantly innovating our recruitment processes. We’re looking for someone who thrives on working smart and hard, is tech-savvy, data-driven, and has a sharp eye for detail. As we prepare for rapid expansion, with plans to grow our team by 5x in the upcoming year, you'll be at the heart of this exciting journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our company goals and culture.

  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier candidates from both passive and active job markets.

  • Candidate Experience: Create a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure successful placements.

  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and leadership to your recruitment team, setting clear objectives and ensuring a high-performing recruitment process across the board.

  • Accountability for KPIs: Be fully accountable for your team’s key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets such as hiring speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience are consistently met or exceeded.
