Your Role: A Blend of Visionary and Executor
You'll lead in fine-tuning our product journey, focusing on leveraging customer insights to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, effectively managing churn rates. Simultaneously, you'll have the creative freedom to introduce select products that embody our brand values, all while strategically boosting our Average Order Value (AOV) to ensure every offering delivers maximum impact and aligns with our customers' aspirations.
As our E-commerce Brand Manager, you'll be in charge of:
Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and boost sales revenue;
Planning and supervising the execution of digital marketing campaigns that get our customers' attention, including email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and other forms of online advertising;
Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization;
Collaborating with our cool cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience;
Analyzing website and customer behavior data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement (Shopify, Google Analytics and etc);
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content that reflects the brand's identity and values;
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions;
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends and share insights with the team;
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
