- Monthly COD Reconciliation.
- Account Wallet Reconciliation.
- Assist merchants with account upgrade request.
- Resolution of all complaints from assigned merchants.
- Monthly COD analysis.
- Assisting merchants with reconciliation of overcharge claims.
- COD readjustment, cancellation, and account closure, upon request.
- Liaise with other departments for merchant resolution.
- Responds to merchant mails and messages.
- Manage Assigned merchants.
- Other duties as the exigencies of work may demand.
- Must have been in continuous employment with GIG Logistics for not less than 1 year.
- Minimum of HND/BSc from a government recognized tertiary institution.
- Fair knowledge of the workings of the claims process.
- Possess excellent business communication (written and oral) skills.
- Possess sound numerical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relational, inter-personal and team-work abilities.
