Role: Dynamics XRM Technical Analyst (Senior CRM Developer)
· The Dynamics CRM Technical Analysis will focus on the delivery, implementation and support of Microsoft's Dynamics CRM solution. The Technical Analysis will have developed both technical and functional skills in Dynamics CRM that will be used in performing these tasks. The individual will be familiar with software implementation and structured implementation methodologies.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
· Demonstrates proficiency in CRM technology. Understands business process and relates knowledge to product functionality
· Implement, deploy and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM
· Configures the application to meet business requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, and third-party tools
· Identify creative work-arounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
· Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
· Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications.
· Develop data conversion and testing strategies
· Education, Certifications and Experience:
· 7+ years of proven consulting, technical leadership and development experience on large-scale enterprise software implementations
· 5+ years experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel) required
· 3+ years of implementation experience with MS Dynamics CRM, Siebel or Salesforce.com, in a medium to large scale (100+ users) environment required; 2+ years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
· 2+ years of .Net in an Software Development Kit (SDK) environment required
· Experience with Dynamics CRM 2015 or higher required
· Jscript experience required
· CRM data migration/integration required (SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) preferred)
· CRM custom report development preferred (SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) required)
· Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification preferred
· Financial Services / Banking domain knowledge in the Customer Management / CRM space is an advantage
