What you'll be doing:
In this role you'll be part of the business applications team, a small global team consisting of product owners, functional and technical consultants and data engineers with a hands-on attitude. Working with stakeholders throughout the company, we are responsible for the implementation, on-going development and maintenance of our internal application landscape of which Dynamics is the core. Over the next 1-2 years we will be implementing a number of additional modules, such as Marketing, Project Operations and Customer Service, in which you could play a key role.
- Lead the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and views.
- Develop advanced canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portal apps using Power Apps.
- Design and implement complex automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Provide extensive knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 modules, ensuring optimal implementation and utilization of Marketing, Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, and Finance functionalities.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis, gather complex requirements, and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions based on client needs, adhering to best practices in solution architecture.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide leadership within a team environment.
- Manage and navigate relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance based on technical and functional expertise.

Will be a plus: Utilize expertise in JavaScript, C# and .NET development for customizing or adding to standard functionality through plug-ins or custom workflow activities, along with advanced skills in JavaScript and TypeScript for form- and event handling.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform functional or technical consultancy, with a good mix of senior-level responsibilities like solution architecture and design and more practical implementation and configuration efforts.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with implementation, configuration and maintenance Dynamics 365 modules, including Marketing, Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration via standard features (workflows / cloud flows etc.), Power Apps development, Power Automate, optionally some experience in writing JavaScript formhandlers is a bonus.
- Excellent business analysis and solution design skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365.
