Dynamics 365 FO Developer

Full-Time

This newly created role, reporting to the Domain Technical Owner for Enterprise Applications, is part of our internal Dynamics 365 F&O engineering team. You will be responsible for the technical ownership of Dynamics 365 F&O and connected financial systems within the Corporate Systems Tribe in Sportradar Engineering. The Corporate Systems Tribe supports key strategic initiatives within Finance systems, connecting with every area of Sportradar’s business to support the growth and utilization of applications across the organization.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Dynamics 365 F&O Developer will work closely with the finance department to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, the internal Dynamics 365 F&O team, and third-party providers to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented and thoroughly tested in the system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly in customizing, developing, and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The developer will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust ERP solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Implement, test, and deploy customizations for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Advise finance departments on best practices and strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Proactively recommend improvements for existing processes.
  • Execute compliance controls for relevant finance applications.
  • Provide technical support to financial teams.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Expertise in full-cycle implementation of D365 F&O.
  • Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and other database management tools.
  • Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency with LCS, Azure DevOps, and TFS
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • General IT administration experience.
  • Comfortable working with non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Interest in learning new applications and environments.
  • Willing to travel and collaborate with colleagues in other Sportradar offices.
