This role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Greece while providing exceptional support to customers utilizing our media streaming services. As a key member of our support team, you will engage with customers in Dutch, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Dutch for media streaming service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers efficiently.
• Provide guidance on streaming service features and functionalities.
• Manage customer complaints and inquiries to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our support management system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address more complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay informed about product enhancements and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English are required.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as part of a team.
• A keen interest in media streaming technologies and services is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
