Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding fashion and apparel inquiries.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction with their shopping experience.

- Document customer interactions accurately for quality improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
