Dutch or German Customer Service (Lisbon or Porto)

  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.
  • C2 or Native level in Dutch or German:
  • Good command of English (B2 Level); 
  • Minimum: High School Diploma;
  • Proficient in using computers (Windows, MS Office, and other common software); 
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset;
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations;
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Signing Bonus up to 3000€;
