Control Risks’ Embedded Consulting team is hiring a Due Diligence Advisor to support a major tech client's Global Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved in running the client’s Due Diligence Programme, including liaising with multiple stakeholders, escalation and drafting summary reports. They will have experience in risk analysis and an interest in emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in due diligence and research and development
- Experience in the pharma, university, defence or emerging tech industries.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder management
- Able to move at pace and be able to effectively prioritise work and projects
- Manage external parties
- Provide quality assurance to other members of the Due Diligence team
- Critical thinker
- Horizon scanning
- Likelihood to also be engaged on supply chains and business intelligence in the future
- Based in London
- To work from the client offices at least three days per week
- Core hours – 10am – 6am
- Travel will be limited
