Driver Operations Associate (Driver Assistance)

What you’ll do: Daily face-to-face assistance for drivers involving account concerns.  Ensure positive experience for drivers visiting the hub Provide clear and accurate information regarding the service Weekly training for drivers with cases What we seek: Someone with strong verbal communication skills and strong empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated drivers or clients. Someone who can quickly assess concerns and develop effective solutions ; can remain calm during challenging situations What you’ll need: Graduate of any four (4) year course Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets  With at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles or customer service
