Job Summary
Join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City as a Driver Operations Associate! We're seeking a high-energy and results-oriented individual to ensure a smooth experience for our driver-partners.
What you’ll do
- Ensure steady driver’s supply, manage driver side commercials, and optimize vehicle utilization.
- Lead fleet training, as well as manage drivers to to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to agreed-upon SOPs and SLAs.
- Prepare monthly delivery statements and invoices for clients and payments for drivers.
- Install the Lalamove Stickers on the driver's vehicle and ensuring that the Stickers is applied to the relevant standards for each kind of truck
- Create new ideas and process improvements to help streamline daily operational tasks.
- Assist in the review of the current logistics and operations team's SOP.
- Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs.
- Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
- Work location: Binh Chanh District, HCMC
- Work time: Monday - Friday (09:00-18:00) & Saturday (09:00-13:000)

What you need
- Education: Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations background/customer service;
- Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
- Skills:
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese;
- Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
